You can't get anyone from eks to answer much of anything I've found. Too bad really, their products look great but I'm very wary of a company that has little to no customer service. They don't even answer peoples questions on their own website.

That's a shame. I'd pick up a pair of XP5s today if I could just find out the pitch resolution.

Actually, I thought somebody on this site was modding a pair of XP5's or maybe the XP10's. Either way I know there's peeps on this site who use or have used them. Maybe search here for those people and hit them up.
