Pretty muc, You can shop around and see if they have it on Junodownload or djtunes or iTunes for cheaper, Beatport seems to get a lot of good exclusives though.

I agree, don't limewire/torrent. If you're a DJ then you're a musician and as such you are part of the music community. We need to support each other by making sure that everyone gets paid for their hard work.

When I practice or mix for pleasure at home, I'm constantly stopping to organize, tag, re-tag, add a comment or note, and otherwise managing my library.

Often I'll run into something I don't need and delete/archive it, or forgot that I can't live without from years ago and put it into one of my current playlists.

I just prefer organizing as I practice to sitting down and doing library work as I end up only working on tracks I need to. Takes time, but eventually you'll have a very tidy music library.

Another music site I use is Stompy.com More house oriented and tends to be a little cheaper than Beatport, at least if you buy .wav's like I do.

When we all make music, the God Spirit travels out of our bodies and we become one with each other. And for just a second, there is no war, greed, or hate in the world, just music, the celebration of life. (and usually a party, which is good too!)

I agree! At the very least, I try to write it down in short descriptive 'only my brain' words lol
