    I use tagscanner for renaming and tagging. Works very well.

    Glad that someone mentions it, cause it's all I use, then I import the tracks into Traktor's collection and that's all, pretty easy, isn't it?

    All my tracks simply go into folders according to genre. When run through Virtual DJ they are automatically arranged by bpm. I can edit the tags and create playlists there as well.
