    Sometimes I look in Wikipedia and check the tags there. Sometimes I look into BP. Sometimes I look up the artist itself to see in what genre think his/her music is.

    If else fail I always write a comment about the track itself on the IDtag.
    Erase. Stop. Start.

    Genres are really a personal preference thing...

    regardless of what others may think, I tag my tracks based on genres that I can relate to.

    +1 for the comment about doing it yourself to know your tracks... that's a really important thing. If you auto tag your tracks, you may find yourself becoming frustrated when tracks are categorized incorrectly.
