That's why I use Foobar.

If I download an EP or something, it copies it to my music-partition, with the right folder structure (ie. D:\Music\Artist\Album Name\etc..) & the right ID3 tags (if they're not correct). The original is left alone to share & the copy is now automatically added to my library in Foobar. If I then have a certain automated playlist that only shows the tracks that were added to my library in the last 4 weeks, it'll pop up there too

I don't use several programs for all that, just one. I have to admit though that some features and the use of some plugins aren't exactly easy, but if you're really interested in stuff like this, you'll see that it's doable

Ohh that sounds good. Only problem is I now start moving files by Genre then Artist/Album. I like to pick the genre as well because some Artists don't have a clue and I'm not putting different types of DnB in different folders. Clown step my ass.

Winamp when i had windows, now i'm on mac i don't have much choice but to use itunes, which i don't like.

iTunes... because its made by Apple and 'apparently' we all know that if you own 1 Apple product you have to buy them all because you are a vacuous lazy fashionista that cant do anything for yourself and you have more money than sense and and and blaaaaaaah

it doesn't imo. without tweaking, it doesn't even embed cover art for music not purchased in the itunes store. without tweaking, it can't play flac, ogg, or wma (well, i think it might be able to convert wma--but that's bad, too). no avi or matroska containers. no last.fm scrobbling without 3rd party software. no sync with my android phone (in fact, no sync with anything but apple devices). no dlna/upnp support. etc.

people just get trapped by apple. i have an iphone hence i need itunes. i have iphone apps, videos that have apple drm, etc. thus, people are sticking to apple because the switching cost of going back to a PC are prohibitively high. and some people lie to themselves about it (that's called post-purchase rationalization/choice-supportive bias).
