Okay thanks. I think I'll try the stanton scs.1d. I'll order within the next three weeks and I'll eventually post on here whether or not I like it.
Thank for the help

surprised no one mentioned the denon DN-S3700.
Has midi-mode for TraktorPro and a "time-code hybrid-mode" for Traktor Scratch or Serato Scratch.
fully midi-mappable surface, includes USB audio interface, plus doubles as a CD/media player.

3700 cannot be mapped to multiple decks that I know of...

if it's fully midi mappable then you can just create a shift toggle to switch decks i would have thought.

I found this review of the S3700.

He also said "It was also possible to make a mapping with Traktor Pro which could control two decks alternately (you can control all four decks changing the mapping slightly), and everything worked well, as you can see in the video."
unfortunately the videos are gone from youtube. But since everything is midi mapped, I also thought it would not be a problem to even create a four-layer toggle mapping.
Does traktor map the S3700/SCS.1d or do you need to find or create your own mapping?

Denon SC2000 might solve you issue.
Its specifically designed for traktor, can control multi decks using a shift toggle.
The only ting I am unsure about is the responsiveness of the jog wheels. I suggest you look it up on youtube first.
