http://electronicaoasis.com is my favorite. plus they link the songs they post (majority at least) to beatport, not to downloads.

Soundcloud for previews and free original tracks (running a big group helps with that!), You Tube subscriptions for previews and "hey, thats a cool track" type moments. Ektoplazm of course for wicked free creative commons releases. Psyshop, Beatport are the main shops i use. Like most, i'm no saint with music but will defo try and pay for my tunes where possible.
