    for me it was the other way around, if i connect new pots without removing the joysticks from the pc i get erratic... so i had to remove the included pots.

    in my project i'm using a ldr sensor and it gives not accurate information, the way to control that was to include a resistor, in my case i used a pot as a resistor so i can control the sensitivity of the ldr

    oh sorry its all done i will post pics as soon as i can take some. its all done very simple compared to your project. i have got it just as responsive as the midifighter, but with 2 pcb and a usb hub.
