also, if your tvs frame rate is low, see if you can raise it, or if it has a 'game' mode otherwise there will be some latency between your actions and what happens on screen

if it was a faulty panel i feel like it would be super obvious and a constant problem.

some problems start small and end big. Just like that likke rattle in the ended up beign a thousand dollar fix. I would replace that thing ASAP.
