Vestax VCI100 & 100 MKII I Need your help!

I've read some weird things about he vci100mk2 with a macbook pro intel core i series. On the site it says "not supported". Just don't get it, what is not supported? I just bought a macbook pro and now i am a bit scared to buy the vci-100 mk2

I would be VERY surprised if it didn't work with the new macbook pros. I can't say for sure that it will because i don't own either, but as far as I'm aware it's a standard midi device and a standard audio interface, nothing that wouldn't work with the new macbook pros.

But, why does the Vestax website say it isn't supported? I really don't get it. The midi-device will work, i am sure about that. But the soundcard... i just don't know.

Build quality on mk2 is ok, and is setup better for 4 deck control than mk1. You'd need to remap a 1 to touch some of the flexibility a 2 has. But more ppl use a 1 so more 'specific' help can be found.

Also 1.4 FW adds to extra fun to mk1
