gimp is like photoshop, but with less features.
still very powerful.
just look up a tutorial for whatever you need.

photoshop/illustrator, gimp is great for a free tool.. seashore looks like it is to gimp, what photoshop elements is to photoshop.

there's even ways to use photoshop plugins in gimp if you feel the need.

Try the 30 day trial with photoshop. Then when it runs out, uninstall it, then re-install it. Use for another 30 days
