You made sure you got the latest drivers for the X-Fi Go?

I had a 24bit Creative SoundBlaster card and had issues getting Windows 7 to recognise it. Had to download a customised set of drivers to get it to work. However, as your card is much newer than my internal PCI card, yours should be fine with Windows 7.

Do you have a yellow unrecognised/error icon next to the X-Fi in device manager? If so, you need to troubleshoot a bit to get it recognised by your system.

Also, in the ASIO4ALL screen you posted, can you "turn on" the power icon for the X-Fi at all (the greyed out/darkened non-green one by the card name and the minus sign)?

I checked the device manager and under sounds it did show the soundcard but it also had a section where it says other devices and it has an unknown device. Ill try to check for a driver update and report back here and let you know if it worked

Ok. Also, try this method as it should be the same (in theory):

Ok the sound blaster should be highlighted blue. Since it's dimmed out you won't be able to select it in Traktor. Notice how the Realtek is highlighted blue?
