Latency with the Audio 4 is at 16 ms. Should i lower it or raise it?

People try to get it as low as possible, but the lower you go the more likely you are to have audio issues.

I think the rule of thumb is get more going on (fx, etc.) than you want to use and then drop it down until you hear problems, leaving it just above that point.

If the Eco mode solved your problem, you might be able to drop it lower than 16ms without issues, kind of hard to say without you trying it.

Switched to eco mode with 16 ms latency and am still experiencing the problem. I have noticed the problem occurs most when i am spinning a records back, but if I am spinning back on deck A with the fader down, Deck B still has the skipping. On the record next to the wave forms it says "skipping" when the problem happens. I dont understand why it causes skipping on deck b when im not even touching that record. I am lost...
