Never got the stuff I ordered. I was extremely patient with the company as well. I simply told them in one phone call when I got ahold of them that I was ready to sue, contact the BBB (Better Business Bureau), and file multiple fraud charges. Took about 2 months total for me to get my money back.

A friend of mine had a similar problem with this website and came to me asking what he should do. After a lot of research we found out they were actually bankrupt and have been scamming people for a while now. Some new guy bought calsound a few years ago and it quickly failed and this business is actually done out of some guys garage. He has no intention of giving people the products he "sells." Steer clear of this place because my friend only was able to get his money back after we sent them a letter from a lawyer with intent to sue.

Look at some of the other responses on this forum post, looks like it is indeed a scam site. I really hope I can get my cash back through my CC company, I do not want to get lawyers involved.

Can you possibly point me in the direction of this information? Or even send me a pm with it. How did your friend go about getting a lawyer to get in touch with them?

Calsound was/is operated by Sean Green of Chula Vista, CA. It was never a scam, Mr. Green is just bad at business. He ran a brick & mortar music store called Calsound in San Diego, CA that Mr. Green purchased as a running business. He closed the store and just ran calsound.com as an online store. There is a lot of info online about all this as well as California business licenses. He has a lawyer so good luck.

DJ Skoosha helped him run the store and is likely the female you spoke with on the phone.

Sorry my info is too late to help you.

    Don't do crazy stuff people!
