I'm looking forward to this . Been on the look out for some nice hip hop, but have no idea what the sub-category of what I like is. I know what it sounds like, but not what it's called. I go to the Hip Hop section of beat port and am thoroughly disappointed.

Phuck it, I'm going straight Miami Bass, 130+ BPM! Uncle Luke and Magic Mike all day every day! ;o) ok, jk. We'll do a miami bass train next time! Man, I wish I had capable decks. Can't do many tricks on a Hercules RMX so I will stick with a lil instrumental set with some classic hip hop tracks and just some old school blending and cut mixing.

Just heard it. Very nice. 15 minutes per person is easily manageable but good lord the file sizes will get huge by the time it reaches me. Already at 300 something megs

That's why each person only records their section and uploads it and I will combine in the end and then release an MP3 or FLAC or whatever to the public which will be a lot smaller. BUT, for the sake of keeping the highest quality, until the final product we should try to keep it on the .wav format tip...

Alright, I'm running ever so slightly overtime with this but I'm gonna be getting it done today. The past week has been hectic... also gotta say props to TreTuna for starting this mix off very well, some very nice beats man.

I'll have it uploaded to Dropbox later today I hope and will probably also upload a .txt file with a list of my tracks used, then to be edited by others so that we have a concrete track list of this thing.
