    OP, if you need that many buttons, look into the APC 20 and 40, or perhaps a launchpad. you can distinguish between what you have as square and arcade buttons using different LED colours.

    ah... for some reason i thought both had them, guess i was wrong... tends to happen a lot these days

    plus the launchpad is uber cheap - and isn't going to lose much value if you just use it to experiment with and then sell on.

    who is it that already makes a controller thats similar to the layout posted? it has scads of buttons etc ... my personal fave being a traktor fiend is the pioneer ... the ns6 is awesome too but i don;t know about the fx layout and im not switching to itch.

    I think if it does what you want it to do it's a great. And I call my S4 a mixer all the time because my wife has no idea what a controller is.
