The manager of my band owns an agency called Fusionshows(.com)

They mostly book alternative bands in Michigan, but recently are looking to get into EDM. The most recent offers that I know of were...

    Diplo - $25,000
    Trentmoller - $20,000

These are in reference to clubs/venues that have around a 1200 person cap. Managers always ask a high price, which is generally bartered down by the booking agent. You're best of studying the local scene and see who the hot acts are. They'll play for much less and can get a solid draw in many cases if they don't outplay themselves.

Small to Mid range headling Djs can cost from £350 to £1000 for fee,
also you will have to pay for Travel, Hotel, Restaurant, transfers from airport/hotel/venue and a rider.

Bear in mind the fee depends on size of venue and where and when,
if you book a Dj for mid week or a Sunday it should be cheaper,
then again all cases can be different.

Depends on DJ and length of set (omg rlly rlly???)

    We've paid Dixon 3000 euro's for a 4 hour set

    Henrik Schwarz 1700 euro's for a 1 hour set

    Olivier Weiter 750 euro's for a 2 hour set

One tip is to be friendly to them and throw a very cool party, alot fo DJ's that come to us give us discounts because they like the atmosphere and the people
