Prob... But im sure its the same procedure for s4, im pretty sure someone has tried it

You have to register the S4. If it's previously been registered, as in it's a used unit, then you don't qualify. So unregistering everything and even putting it all in a new account won't work, because they know that unit has been registered.

photojojo, so if i just sold my s2 to someone, and then deactivated traktor 2 and uninstalled it, they should be able to install it or no?

You have to contact NI registration support and have them deactivate it.
