although keep in mind just because one person asks for it doesn't mean you got to play it. There not the ones on the decks it's YOU

+1000 (and if you do play their request, make sure they are around to hear it. Or else they will be back drunker than before speaking a new language requesting the same track. Once it gets to this stage my friend your gear is in danger of a spillage :eek

Oh my......the worst situations have arose because of that reason. Almost got somebody into a fight. Luckily I'm a chill dude. I just say "okay" when they ask for something. Hehe, I'm a ninja >:}

If there is coffee tables, couches, TV's, carpet, and/or doorbells within 500 feet, chances are you are no where near a dancefloor.

When it comes to house parties, does it tend to get crazier with a DJ? Most of the parties I've been to have just used a stereo and iPod. Just trying to get a better feel for what my role is, whether it's an enabler or human jukebox

Great question! And an even harder one to answer...It really just depends on the group of people that shows up..people are very unpredictable and what I usually do is just take it by ear throughout the night
