Problem Solved
I got a new Unit And it works flawless ..
The seller i spoke to told me that he newer heard about a so faulty Unit..
And they are Ni General seller for scandinavia as many as they had sold none of the have been so broken LOL...
the new one workt out of the box..

That's why you should never rely on any 1 thing... I personally love the S4, but It is not my main setup at all... if the S4 had a built-in mixer, I'd fully trust it, but since it doesn't.... I can't 100% rely on it...
