I finally broke down and got the 10S for my Rokit 6's and while I love it, it is ridiculously loud. It doesn't overpower your speakers since it deals with different frequencies, but if you can't just turn up the volume whenever you want to I would forego it. I keep it turned WAY down all the time (I'm talking .5 of 10 or even less) and it still delivers more kick than I need. It is a really nice subwoofer, and a lot of fun when my neighbors aren't trying to sleep, but for my purposes it delivers way more volume than I need.
