Hi Starcode9, that's really strange that the support email didn't work for you. I would suggest clearing your browser cache and making sure you have the latest Flash player. Playback is working for me at the moment on OSX 10.6 on all the browsers I've tried. If you're still having trouble, send me a PM with your email and I'll have customer support contact you. It's also not working for me. I tried to log in with the iphone app an it wasn't taking my password. I reset it and it still didn't take it. I uninstalled the app and looked for it in the app store to reinstall it and it's unavailable. Also, earlier today I purchased some tracks with my MacBook pro and I couldn't use the Beatport downloader. It also wasn't recognizing my user name or password. :/
I also uninstalled it when I was having problems on my iphone. Where can I download the app from again? I don't see it on the site...
Samewise here, the layout of the site is all messed up. Probably happened also with a latest flash player or firefox update. Strange for something that isn't flash related anymore? Tried not passing through my bookmark but that doesn't solve the issue.

If you are, ONCE AGAIN, unlucky enough to live in CANADA, land of stupid copyright overkill retardedness, you will notice that this app is no longer available on the iTunes Canada store, so will not load from Canadian IP addresses either. No doubt because someone dumb thought you could get things licensed outside Canada but not in Canada via the APP, which is of course totally untrue, and Beatport does block and grey out things you can't license here. SO screw you Apple, and Beatport for not giving a crap, as usual, about Canadian customers trying to use their service and even give them our money. Fix please.
