    Yeah soundcloud has being acting funny lately..OT: If you use the cue button but there's no loop active, it won't be the same.

    I know the sound you're talking about, I used to do it when I had my CDJ's. I'm just trying to give you alternatives. If you already have the mix downloaded, cut out the segment, upload it and I'll give it a listen

    So yeah, that's EXACTLY what I described.

    = p

    And you can find a synth hit or make one yourself to play like that in Traktor easily.

    No not the synth sound that jason describing, the sound like stepping on a cat noise @ 1.19.42

    It must be a loop. You need that multiple micro sounds to get it like that, a synth won't do it. Is there a way/option to retain loops even if cue is pressed?

    Like I said, you can do it with a synth
