Would like to know the minimum system specs of the software.
So, no MIDI support, all happens through mouseclicks?
    (Sorry on Mac here)

    Great initiative!

Just gave it a spin, and am impressed.
    Mixing is going quickly.
    thx a lot =)

    - noticed the cpu usage is very jumpy also when idle (using a dual core G840)
    - realy need midi and timecode support, but I think that will be a future update.
when loading a track it takes all of available cpu usage to decode the bpm and calculating the bpm..
when idle the asio driver furthermore is sending callbacks.. but I'm working on it to use less cpu usage

atm I'm a bit busy because of university and exams :/
but I think in ~1 week there will be an update with timecode and midi
Would like to know the minimum system specs of the software.
actually i don't know but I got it running fluently on my netbook so I guess:
    - 1.6Ghz cpu
    - 2Gb ram
    - 1024 x 600 Pixe
    Make it available for Mac!
I know that a lot of dj are using mac but atm it is realyly difficult to port it to mac because the decoder I'm using online works with windows
I tried it and it crashed twice while I was browsing my folders. Never even got to load a song. I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 32 BIT. Should I uninstall the ASIO4ALL ?
Actually a crash while browsing files has nothing to do with the audio driver but it's difficult to point out whats wrong without having seen the problem by myself

Lawl intentionally keeping an important feature out of your product because of your ill-informed prejudice? Good luck with this. You've never seen pro's use sync tricks, have you?

Also, why wouldn't you just jump on board with Mixxx, instead of creating this silly redundancy?

SSL seems to do very well without it.

looks interesting but can't try it as don't run windows any more and it doesn't seem to work via wine on linux - some java issue. i presume this isn't just another mixxx clone? doesn't look like it, esp being java based but had to ask there's quite a few around... some more fullsize screenshots to have a look at would be cool.

If the programm hungs up there may be problems in the programm code, but when it suddenly crashes and disappears from the screen then it's a problem with the native libs/ the audio device

Here it says that jre is working with wine 1.3.7

but i don't know how to get a asio driver working with wine

    cheers for the screenshot

i'd finished the work i had to do on linux so booted to win7 (the first time in a long time ) to try it out... and i must say i am bloody impressed after the tracks were analysed it seems to hum along at only about 10% cpu usage in my old 2.2GHz T4400. only issue i had was when clicking on "my computer" in the browser as it seemed to hang, but i presume it was just searching for files and would have come back eventually.

it seems to have all the basics already... hotcues, loops, eq+transport. i like the parallel waveforms, something traktor could do with (not that i use traktor these days).

awesome work i'd say midi is probably more important than timecode for most users, and is worth doing right. how long have you been working on the app?

    @Nypenick:
It might be best to take the website/blog-artist tracks out of the screenshot.
