No offense but you cant call mac books cheap, if you look at what you get hardware wise $ for $ there is not a more expensive option in the market.

Luck has absolutely nothing to do with it, its all about learning about your system. People who buy macs thinking they wont have to learn anything about the system are all sadly mistaken. Macs have all sorts of problems thats PCs dont have, this works in vice versa too PCs have issues Macs do not.

Learn your system inside out and you will be alot better off no matter what system you are using.

If you think that Mac's are expensive you have never seen Falcon Northwest's OR Voodoo's.

    Go with a Clevo/Sager

Falcon Northwests and Voodoo's are rebranded Clevo's. Where as Sager is another reseller or Clevo's. Check there sites out and you will know what I am saying. Clevo has currently, the fastest laptop in the world, and its on par with the price of a Macbook Pro 17"

lol, bento , you cut out alls my word so funny......i like it...
i didnt say mac are cheap, i say its not expensive if you choice a good one for what you need and you dont need to bot everything from mac, who do it??
after its just a question of opinion, thats it, you know this story about school pc or school mac?
but "personnely" i use mac since long time and i never get trouble like the people used pc (i mean, shitting programes, special instalation, long and not evident for novice, shit virus, need to tchek systeme everyfuckin day etc etc etc....,
cause i dont want brok my head all the time with this cain of things, its again question of opinion
all the mac i know are the same (in general) its easyer, (and its not a point to be more smart or lazy to learn)
but i know something also about my friends with pc, they always have something wrong
so when you "cut again" for repeat in black and grass police, you just killin me brow, its my judgement or what?? lol, i jokin........
i just hop i dont offense you guys with pc but admet something : you always (when you are not a "professionel of computer" have the head inside your systeme right?
and its not because we use mac we are stupid and dont want learn anything, or because we are rich,
its just because we like when the thing slide and keep cool, for always the same things.... have fun and pleasure.......

so enjoy and make a choice....

    cheers guys

efferalban, I can assure you we aren't offended. You have your opinion, we have ours.

I think we, as PC users on DJ and music forums, are so used to being demeaned and insulted by Mac users that we just assume everyone is.

Why can't we all get along? Macs do things PCs don't, and PCs do things Mac don't. Let's all hug and sing koombaya and admit that we have it better than Linux users :-)

(j/k, Linux users. we love you too)
