All the tracks I play are HQ (320 or wav).
They are sorted by year => month => genre
Tag with artist - song - remixer (if needed)
    And Favorites aswell

    I sync traktor with itunes

And what I can tell you: IT TAKES SO MUCH OF MY TIME !! but in a gig you just feel sooooooo in control =)

(And it takes Hard drive space ^^)

nah, This doesn't cost me anytime. Just download my selection, put them in a folder and once in a while take the "old" folder and divide them. Easy does it. I agree, i hate organizing, but look on the bright side: while organizing you can discover old gems in your very own collection for free

All our recorded mixes and live sets have their own playlists etc. Apart from that its pretty much 4 "genres": House/Trance/Remixes; Goa/Psytrance; Drum & Bass; Samples

ugh I am so bad I have music all over. I finally did get a 600 gig external drive just for all my music. Most my music is there, but still not organized. I'm eventually going to sort by genre to make it easier. Mostly the way I dj is build a library for the night I am djing and move it onto my laptop so I dont care a ton of stuff with me at any one time.
