We're definitely a long way off from here. The amount of people that rock up to a show with just a bunch of cds or usbs is enormous. It's nice to have all the fancy effects but it's not a necessity.

I think his point is cds will disappear in favor of usbs for those that don't want a laptop in the mix

CDJ-2000 Nexus at 30% the price would be perfect.

Yeah…that'd be a very awesome second choice.

I really can't figure out why those things are that expensive compared to where the rest of the tech world is.
