    What? When people ask a basic question like this, "Google" is the only answer that they deserve.

    No just kidding, here you can find dj samples just choose the free samples and then you will see hiphop samples pack. but if you want something really masterly you should try on subpage titled guess how xD just "hip hop"

    I am seven on soundcloud, for free instrumentals. Also hulkshare has some, and iTunes just be careful of the kareoke versions.

    Hipstrumentals.com usually has most of the big tracks' instrumentals. 320s, ezpz.

    Try going to www.tjsdjs.com. They have a big selection of hip hop instrumentals you can download. You can also look for "loopers", which are non stop instrumental beats that turntablists use to practice scratch techniques. It would be a good idea to use some loopers if you want some non stop beats to rap to. A good website for loopers is www.yourlooper.com.
