    Hey guys,

Are those super knobs MIDI mappable or you're setting all effects and parameters manually?

You set up your envelopes beforehand (and can save/load them) and then the knob itself is MIDI mapped.

It looks a whole lot more user friendly than Traktor FX.

    That's for sure.

Didn't try that out but there is an option in audio window.

Having a VST host & client feature is pretty sexy!

I personally don't like how you have pages though; one for mixer, one for effects, etc.

However its nice to have another software to talk about.

Yep, the PL-1 comes mapped out of the box and it seems they did pretty nice job on transport controls but effect controls comes limited to only one FX rack which is controlled by upper encoder row in each of the 4 pages. This needs some remapping for sure to get full access to all 4 units.

Gross is basically a preset editor for beatjumping, scratching, gating patterns. Had a bit fun with it and it's really cool... Patterns can be saved and loaded but no MIDI command for this operations. Smart knob is impressive as I thought and I guess they will add more and more effects as time goes on (again no MIDI load preset)... Lastly they should definitely work on making them more organic. Traktor is big daddy for Deckadance when it comes to FX engine and capabilities in combination with modifier system. Looking forwards to see the effect updates here.

Isolate FX is pretty easy to use and MIDI supported.

Definitely a DJ friendly software and not so much for a controllerist person.

I got it last night and am having a hell of a horrible time getting it to work with the Denon MC3000. The Denon ASIO isn't even accepted by Deckadance, so I had to use ASIO4ALL. Many functions on the Denon are not working, even though they are MIDI mapped properly. I can't understand why I have been able to map controllers to every other software with no problem, but Deckadance versions have given me trouble and failure to map any controller I have ever owned.

Having said that, I do really enjoy the software. I loved playing with the isolator effects (added to Deckadance 2 by communication from yours truly) and I love the new look of the software. I just wish I could get everything working and didn't have to rely on ASIO4ALL.
