    My brother got a pair of their DJ headphones and they actually sound pretty good.

    For that price, as long as you don't mind "superawesome massive amounts of fader bleed & grounding issues" go for it

    My first mixer was a Realistic... But the one that didn't even have a cross fader.

    Battery operated... But at least it had old school, fully functional VUs . Think I still have it someplace.
    It wasn't until around '87 when I "upgraded" to a Gemini

    As far as Monoprice, it's definitely an OEM (as with everything they sell) and am sure it is no worse than a Behringer. Their flat screen computer monitors are supposed to be very good

    I remember that one as well. Took me a long time to save up and get a DM1600.
