Can't suggest anything that hasn't already been said, but here's some tips anyway..Beatport is good for a lot more than the top 100. It's pricy, so don't buy old music on it, just exclusives and new stuff, but it's definitely a great place to start finding new music because if you like a track or label you can just check out the recommended section and find a ton of other labels and artists that are similar. You can then follow those artists or labels with mybeatport and it will keep you up to date on their releases.
Follow a ton of podcasts. They are mixed by professionals who know how to put together a set with the best new cuts and remixes, and typically feature upcoming releases that get you stoked!
Also, follow your artists on Facebook, twitter, and Soundcloud, as they are the most intimate, and news about upcoming releases tend to get posted there first. After a while Facebook and Soundcloud will start recommending you like new artists based on your interests, I can't tell you how many new artists i've stumbled across this way.

Spotify for stuff that has been released, soundcloud for the new bootlegs, and i also get alot of submissions. All you gotta do is get chummy with producer and labels and they will just send you new stuff.
Personally I don't really care about "latest release", when I search for music I go for tracks that pull my attention.
If I find a producer I enjoy, I will go down the chain and search his tracks and remixes he has done. Along the way you will find people who have done remixes of their tracks & if I like what I hear.. I dig.
Theres always lots of digging to finding "fresh" music for your library. Personally I love the old school electro 2000-2009 stuff.
