To use Macbook pro speaker output for your Audio8DJ soundcard:
    - System Preferences,
    - Sound,
    - Output,
    - Select Internal Speakers.

If you really want to join sound outputs, so you also have your soundcard output next to the mbp speakers, than make a new, virtual soundcard.

    Go to:
    - Applications,
    - Utilities,
    - Audio MIDI Setup,
    - Click on the Audio Devices tab,
    - Click on the Audio from the top/apple bar, followed by Open Aggregate Device Editor .... Or.....
    - press shift+cmd+a to enter the Open Aggregate Device Editor.

From there you will be able to use and join outputs.

You can use 2 cards simultaniously on a mac by using some program that comes with it
