There are a Ton of Phishing Scams for Alibaba Recently. Over 100,000 wordpress sites were hacked and an Alibaba scam installed on a ton of them... this works by.

    1. Setting up fake Alibaba Login Pages that look legit (One of My clients sites was Hacked and Hosting the Files)
    2. Person gets an Email asking them to login with the said pages to check xyz on their account - it does login perfectly.
    3. Login Information is sent to multiple unscrupulous persons enabling them to sell fake products from a legitimate persons account for a while until its noticed.
    4. Bye Bye Money.

If something looks too good to be true n' all that

The thing is, I just went to Alibaba and searched for CDJ. If I can find a supplier that trades through Paypal I'll order one and review it if it actually arrives

All their DJ related products cost $300-350 and they are using generic images off the web (a simple google images reverse search did the trick). Their website isn't down, it simply doesn't exist.

On the Scam Scale from 1-10 these guys pull a solid 11

I'm glad you have so much faith in the system. There is as much chance the Paypal address(es) will be non-legit hacked accounts or abandoned accounts. Your money would be most likely bounced from account to account before being extracted to a bank account at the end of its journey.

This could all happen well within the 45-60 days it can take for the "item*" to ship via sea freight

Note: Paypal Payment protection is only Valid for 45 Days, which leaves you no method of filing a dispute.

*Item would most likely be a few bricks in a Pioneer Box.

If it looks to good to be true, it probably is.
Wouldn't try it - looks like a bad idea.
