i completely agree with this.

I do all the pub nights for a local college up here, with the exception that it's 90% women (no lie!!) but if you get them on the floor, the guys will DEF. follow. Some of the tracks i play will range from "party up" by dmx, to "cinema" and even "somethin' bad" by Miranda Lambert. It's a really varied crowd up here, but it's the same concept everywhere, keep track of what works (Traktor lets you give up to a 5 star rating) and what doesn't, then refine your list from there.

And yeah, Make sure you have AT LEAST double the amount of music you figure you'll need.
