    Sounds like Upside down land.
BTW...I made some Research on the Net about this track and you can find it on many House Classics Samplers...so I might not be as wrong.

To be honnest I don't really see the Problem if I call it house...just post what you like as House Track...don't think too much it only gives Headache

unfortunately, breaks are very different from house. hell they make 128 trap but you dont see anyone calling it house. i use to only like house and absolutely hate breaks but now i love a good broken beat. to me, house is very bouncy while breaks make me want to bob my head a little heavier
my favorite breakbeat artists are Charlie Darker, Aylen, and Wuki (wuki even plays 160bpm breaks)

my favorite house artists are DJ Dan and old school TJR

Oh it doesnt matter at all, and I dont care what you call it

The fact is that things have names, and that track is not a house track. House specifically refers to a four on the floor quarter note kick drum. Breaks have syncopated kick drums. Completely different groove.

In dance music, the mechanics of the groove usually help in determining genre.

Oh, and anyone can release a compilation and call it anything. There is no internation body that polices the use of the word "House" to ensure its used correctly.
