    It's not a sync problem. It's a phase problem. The track playing will have the downbeat set correctly [1] 2 3 4 [5] 6 7 8 etc.

Then the new track loads and analyzes and DJay Pro will set it to 1 [2] 3 4 5 [6] 7 8 etc.

So if you click sync your mix will not mix phased correctly.

So I manually edit the beat grid and fix it. It looks corrected on the screen. But as soon as you press sync, it uses the original info and the mix phasing is off.

So you have to manually start the track and pitch bend it to mix correctly. So it's annoying because you have to always be looking at the track after it analyzes. As soon as you let your guard down, your mix is off.

I modified the original VCI mapping in DJpro Demo (desktop version) and then exported it to the iPad. Mine is the VCI100MKII though (with built in soundcard).

Never noticed that issue, but might be down to the way I mix, which is generally, press sync and then turn sync off and manual adjustments for the rest. I never sync for an entire track so why I probably never noticed.

However loop timing gets completely screwed up if you change the beat range while in the mix, which I'm guessing is an offshoot of the phase problem.
