    I'm over 45 and it's always been mixing to me. Blending "might" be relevant to just crossfading between tracks but any use of eq, line fader and effects= mixing, as far as I'm concerned.

    37, here. Blending, to me, is long, technical mixes between tracks. I do a lot of it with techno and progressive house.

    39, here. To me, blending is taking two songs and making them sound like one. Mixing is transitioning from one track to another while in the beats are synced.
