2 Deck Launchpad w/ 8 Cues+Loop+Instant Gratification FX

Alright, so here's what I've been working on. I used my old browser mapping for the left side (which you can find the .tsi somewhere on this post if you go back a ways) and I replaced the browser up down buttons with loop move buttons.

I've also been trying to switch the sample toggle buttons to be shift keys, because I don't like having to switch back and forth so often.

I'll post my .tsi when I get it working perfectly.

If the effects are not working people, RELOAD THE TSI FILES, make sure your ins and outs are set to the launchpad and make sure you use the IMPORT button AT THE TOP, not the one at the bottom.

Are you saying sample triggers changed to hold the effect? I would love to see something that lets me hold the beat repeat on and change it up without holding down the keys (like S4)... or even like the MidiFighter where it locks in the effect

Also I think loop move buttons would be moneyyy... great idea!

Is there a way to have multiple pages on Launchpad and run more than one tsi script? Would be amazing if so. Thanks for all the hard work guys!

should be easy to change the mapping if you have 2 free buttons. i haven't tried this mapping but guess the top row of the midifighter isnt mapped since 24 buttons are being used for the 3 rows for 2 decks. would just need to map col1,row1 somewhere to act as hold for deck 'a' and col1,row1 to act as hold for deck 'b'

intermediate software. i first bought midikatapult before starting to dev my own code. it's only about 20bucks i think and definately worth grabbing - plus the demo is free for 30mins i think at a time.

Can you tell me if you're running a firewire soundcard, and by which chipset manufacturer?

I Had the same problems with my echo audiofire 2 running on a Ricoh chipset.
Did work with all my software without problems, but it seems the chipset can't handle the datastream when instant grat is used, or even as you mentioned importing the tsi's and assigning it to the launchpad turning the led's on.

When I switched to my audio 8 dj interface (USB) the problem was gone.

Hello! actually that was a nice idea it came for some kind of overflow of the cheap built in soundcard (which is not firewire), I didn't answer before because I didn't know its cute name in my laptop .
It just needed to be updated by windows (it changed its name too), and now it's working pretty well (since I mix pretty bad), on both computers!

And yes, I'm going this afternoon buying a real sound card

This mapping is really impressive i started to play with it for a couple of days but i think i have some problems with the FX sections. In fact i think i dont have the good fx loaded. Do you have an idea to fix this issue ?

hey Demetrius,
I can remember I saw somewhere like inside the zip file, the order of how the FX's should be arranged.
I'm afraid you have to set them "à la main"

awesome map dude! just one quick question and I really hope you can help me out on this: the Super Combo 4 "Massive Wash Out Thing" isn't working for me at all nothing happened no matter what I tried.
