That point @ 1:35 in your song sound pretty minimal ishh, but mabey its more of a tech house thing you are looking for? Check out the tech house section of beatport, look through some of the charts (yeah I know its the commercial stuff being pushed there, but it will give you a general feel). In the tech house section the charts should have a pretty even spread between minimal, techno, tech house, and deep house probably, as the artists overlap with them.
