Should i switch from vci 300 to 100 ?

I am going to give the VCI 300 a go - I've just bought Ableton Live 8.1 so any recommendations on a good ableton controller that I can use alongside the VCI

akai apc40 is a great controller for live, i got that and a ns7 with nsfx... just waiting for the bridge
