    well she just bought the vci she paid 499+shipping (BRAND NEW FROM JAPAN) i guess im taking her to buy the soundcard here in a local store im still undecided between the presonus firebox or the audiofire 4 or should i give her my firebox and i buy my self i new one like the MOTU ULTRALITE MK3

    Why the hell would you wanna get rid of your Firebox ?
    If its not broken, don't fix it, that unit is a keeper !

    alll ryt so should i get another presonus firebox for my sis uor u guys recommend any others ???
    and yeaa i love mine too is solid like a lil tank so it match my VCI lol

    I would suggest grabbing a unit that has two monitor outs.... but sadly very little software even supports dual monitor outs :\ So another firebox would do fine, you know its a good unit - don't tempt fate !

    There is no harm in being different, its good to start out doing using the same equipment as most people here if your new though. Then move onto other hardware once you have a handle on things and you can tell for yourself whats crap and whats not.
