I will definitely be doing some MIDI programming for my DDM4000, I just need to buy a MIDI interface and USB hub.

thanks for all of that! I'm thinking that, if myself and my friend are DJing as a duo, also having midi mapped on the ddm4000 will help a lot as we can be doing things at the same time

    hey guys,

I'm having some issues getting audio to come out of my speakers.

I'm getting readings on the channel bars (ie they're lighting up) but no readings on the output bars and thus no sound is coming out!

I plugged rca cables into "output A" which run into my stereo system..

    Any suggestions?

eh sorry guys, got it working had to do with midi mapping section muting the channel!

one more issue, it sounds like everything has a subtle flange effect when I play it?

Is this due to distortion due to the bad quality or is this an effect that I haven't turned off? ehh :|

try making sure w/e soundcard you are using is set at 50% volume, then use the gains to get it down to about 3 or 4 bars on the channel leve, that way you know its not blasting so it wont get to distorted, finaly, this probably wont do anything, but makesure ur effects are set to individual channels and make sure they are both off, if t hat doesnt fix it i know know what the noise is, maybe a video would help
