				is there any way to keep track of how many subscribers i have on itunes?

				iTunes has no provision for letting you count subscribers. Many of the podcast hosting services, such as Libsyn, provide detailed stats, but these don't really tell you how many unique subscribers you have.
A decent rule of thumb is to count the number of downloads you have in a month and divide by the number of mixes you put out in that time.
An interesting thing about the rankings of podcasts on iTunes that many people -- including podcasters -- don't know, is that rankings are not determined by the number of downloads but by the number of new subscribers within the previous 24 hours. It sounds weird, but it lets smaller shows with fewer resources compete with megacorporate podcasts that would dominate the charts otherwise.
