i know from reputable sources that both D.I.M. and BoysNoize (sometimes?) simply play pre-recorded sets during a dj-gig, only to turn the EQ and effects on the mixer, and walk away with 6k euro for 2 or 3 hours. The funny thing is that everybody seems to be happy: the dj's that make a big buck, the audience that hears their favorite tunes, and the promoters that have a sold out venue....
