I'm not sure if this will help any more, but for your Master Output, switch the 0 and 1. Tell me if the sound is coming out of the other speaker... If it does AND your pan settings are central and your filter is off then you have one weird controller ... did you try updating the drivers of the controller?

EDIT: Also, provide a screen shot of your audio preferences page

So if you swap outputs then it could be the software then.

Did you also try a different USB cable?

I can't try another USB, I would need another whole cable with a (DC5V-500mA) end to the cable. the DC5V is the end that plugs into the midi from the USB that is plugged into the laptop.

First, put your gain down lol that is way too high for my liking!

Second, how are you getting sound in your headphones if you don't have an audio source for your output monitor?

nah it can still be a hardware issue ... all we know for sure is that Typhoon 1 works and Typhoon 0 doesn't. I almost want to say that the soundcard is broke or needs to be updated

I liked the gain right where it was, the song wasn't too loud.

anyways, I get sound into the headphones because there is a headphone jack on the midi, so I plug them in there and hear the sound. but the ACR cable that goes to the amp and then the speakers is on the front, that is the main source of audio.
