I couldn't find a manual for your specific player on the manufacturer's website, but I can tell by looking that the CDJ700 is a rebadged Hanpin CD player (the same model as the American Audio Radius players, the Reloop RMPs, the Akiyama Kuro, and the Voxoa P70. The Reloop and ADJ documentation both talk about MIDI feedback being possible. It looks like for the commands tied to a switch or button, that the output and input are the same, so if hte PLAY/PAUSE button sends 2A (note 42 in decimal), then sending the same note back to the player will light the LED. I don't have one of those players to test here, but I would assume that the velocity message you need to send to trigger the LED will also mimic what the button sends - so if the button is sending a velocity value of 01 on press and 00 when released, that would be a good place to start for your output message.
The only other thing I can tell you is that when I looked up the Reloop and ADJ players, even though they're the same OEM and have VERY similar MIDI specs, the output messaging IS DIFFERENT between them. For instance, the Radius 3000 sends 2A for the PLAY/PAUSE message, the Reloop sends 01. So you'll need to look at your specific player's MIDI spec to find the correct note.
You could also reverse engineer the notes and test feedback messaging using a sniffing program like MIDIOX.
Here are a couple manuals for reference...

Okey i found Out the Spec, Now Play_pause- Sw/LED - Midi -02/02 With Shift Midi is 41/02 .. I think i ammaking a mistake .. Because i am mapping in General Midi Setting and when i press Learn .. the data for play pause is D-1, Do i have to give sysExid or machine id that it recognize midi controller ..Dont know how it is done ..
just find a mapping from someone else, or from the factory.
write down the outs for each button
the end.
learn doesn't work for outputs. are you sure you clicked 'add out' not 'add in'?
