the bbb is a joke. only useful if they are a member of the bbb. if they arent, there isnt anything the better business bureau can do.
even if they are, there are TONS of members that have good ratings and make a point to give shitty customer service. all they have to do is stay on top of complaints.
"conacted customer, reviewed terms of sale they agreed to at time of purchase"
thats literally all you have to say to get a complaint removed.
dog them on yelp, facebook, and ebay
