Don't think so, cause if I use the internal soundcar I got the same problem...

Do you guys turn off wifi/bluetooth before recording? Time Machine kicking in might be another cause (on the OSX side)

I turn this off in BIOS (I am on windows 7)

its 294 audio 4 dj driver that cause the problem. I am back to 2015 now.
