iTunes not opening in Traktor

nvm, im an idiot and figured it out. --- i think...


Edit: -- so i load the itunesmusiclibrary.xml file from users/MYNAME/music/itunes to the website, it processes and sends something but then reloads the page with the blank load form for the .xml file.

i try to then open traktor and load itunes through there, yet it still has the unknown error during import...

can anyone shed some light on this?

I take it all back! I tried the deleting of the symbols from the ID3 tags and that still didn't work. Tried reloading my Traktor software and that didn't work either. I am begining to lose interest with the Traktor software!!! Surely there is a way to fix this problem.
Does anyone have any other ideas???
