Oh, derp. So if I understand correctly, the additional outputs (Main, right? on the front where the headphone volume knob is?) can be used for the sample decks?

Course it can. It's just an output pair. There's nothing special about it.

^this, except the output on the main is reportedly slight higher for some reason

If you already own a registered Traktor licence, all you'd need to do is install your existing version on the other computer. If I understood correctly, the driver for the soundcard seems to be the same, if not you can install multiple soundcard drivers. As you are the rightful owner of that licence, it should work.

I personally have TSP on 3 different laptops, 1 MBP, 1 PC with XP, the other with windows 7. One of them recently was used with a DDJ-T1, and will still run with the audio 8. I didn't need to register the licence for the DDJ T1 since my version of TSP was already registered. I also have a Denon ASIO driver installed for when I'd run my DN-S1200's in midi mode, still works. I even purchased the T2 update and still have no issues with all 3 laptops. My laptop also worked well with a friend's audio 8 & vice versa (he has Traktor 3 btw), so Traktor doesn't keep track of the hardware's serial number in any way.
So from my understanding you need to have the software registered through service center. It will run just about any compatible hardware except maybe the S4 which I haven't personally tried out.

    Hope this helps you!

EDIT: I own just one licence for TSP + the new upgrade. In case it wasn't clear: all 3 laptops were running the same liscence simultaniously
